Q: Do you have a minimum group size?
A: Our minimum group size is 20 employees.

Q: Can you customize plans for my employees’ needs?
A: We have flexible plan options. You can choose from base plans or we can create a custom plan especially for your group.

Q: Do you offer upgrade options?
A: We offer upgrades including tints, A/R Coatings including Optifog, glasses and contacts in the same benefit period, premium progressives, and much more. Contact your account executive for more information.

Q: Can I offer my employees two different options?
A: Yes. We offer buy-up plans so you can provide options to your employees.

Q: What enrollment options you do have?
A: Enrollment is available through our online enrollment system or through digital file transfer.

Q: Do you offer company paid and/or total voluntary programs?
A: Yes. We offer company paid and voluntary options. Tell us what you need, and we will make it happen.

Q: How do I find out if your participating provider network covers my employee population?
A: Disruption reports are available if you provide usage history. Disruption reports compare our network with the providers visited by your employees.

GeoAccess reports are available by simply providing the zip codes of your employees. GeoAccess reports compare the zip codes of your employees to the providers in our network.

Q: What are the customer care hours?
A: Our exceptional customer care representatives are available to answer your employees’ questions Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm EST. To give our employees an opportunity to spend time with family, we are closed on New Year’s Day, President’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas.
