Out-of-network reimbursement

As long as you are deemed eligible for coverage, your plan may cover out-of-network reimbursements.

To determine eligibility, access your information through VBA's member login, click “Continue” then click “Am I Eligible?” If eligible for benefits, click "Plan Rules" then click "Details" to determine if your plan covers out-of-network reimbursements.

For eligible members with coverage, reimbursement for services and materials obtained through an out-of-network provider can be requested by downloading and following the instructions on VBA's Reimbursement Form (click here for Spanish version).
