Carlos joined VBA as a Business Development Representative in March of 2025. With over 25 years of sales experience, Carlos is passionate about the unique dynamic of his profession: blending creativity, strategy and independence to provide tailored solutions to all. He is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with organizations and brokers in the Southeast. Carlos is known for his exceptional communication and dedication to finding the right fit for each client. Carlos is a Reservist in the United States Air Force. He currently resides in Land O’Lakes, FL with his family. His hobbies include whitewater rafting and racquetball.
